Decided to come back to this restaurant because my favorite server Cindy makes dining here a real positive experience. Walked in about 1 o'clock and was seated right away in Cindy's section. She came over took my drink and food order and I was a little disappointed that the food took so long and the potato soup was ice cold. But my experience had Cindy having the ability to sit down with me for a few minutes and have a chat. As usual, she took excellent care of me. As a veteran server she always does and I understand that that male human that was there in January and ruined my visit is now gone. Good decision management, nice job. The place is still looking a little shabby, the prices are still quite high, but it was well attended today... A lot of people showed up to eat their favorite Aussie food. This is my go to place for a well balanced diabetic diet. Steak or chicken with broccoli works best. Will gladly return now to dine well and be treated just as well

This is my first time going to this location. I placed a carry out order for the 18 ounce bone in ribeye MR, with a fully loaded baked potato, and a sCaesar salad. Everything was prepared and packaged perfectly. They even put in a nice roll of bread for me that was very fresh compared to other locations I've been to. I appreciate Kaylee, Skylee and Bryon's for putting my meal together so well! I will be back!
Great food as usual, fast service, this place is great. The salad dressing was good and baked potatoes were hot and fresh.
Went for dinner on a weeknight. Seated right away. Staff was very friendly and great quick service. I love the side salad- great toppings - salad dressing is served on the salad so if you prefer it on the side be sure to ask. Aussie cheese fries are always delicious- a little salty this time. Outback center cut sirloin and sweet potato were delicious. Great quiet atmosphere.
Take out to take to my in-laws during a visit. Arrived 30 minutes past pick up time yet food was not ready. No signage on where to park, so with spots taken I don't know how they know you are waiting for pickup vs just parked there. No protocol on receipt to call, no phone number. Luckily I got spot in front of pickup door and had my lights on. Food was good, but they packed three entrees, coconut shrimp, lobster tail, read with two desserts. Not a good idea to pack cold and hot stuff together in one jammed bag. Entrees good, large prime rib cooked to her liking and filet mignon cooked well as well. Lobster tail over cooked. Salmon entree a bit overcooked, but the meal for take out was as good as expected for take out.
